Sienna Miller, ND

Dr. Sienna Miller is a naturopathic physician with several years of clinical experience working in naturopathic primary care with a focus in dermatology and gastroenterology. She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in 2021. She then completed a residency program with Dr. Rian Shah at Cascade Integrative Medicine in Issaquah, WA and stayed on the team after residency as a staff naturopathic physician. She has worked with over 1500 patients during her time at Cascade.

Dr. Miller is now 100% focused on treating patients with chronic skin conditions. In 2023, she completed the Root Cause Function Dermatology Professionals Course, a 4 month intensive functional dermatology training with Dr. Julie Greenberg.

She grew up in northern Minnesota and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. After undergrad, she worked as a medical scribe at a busy dermatology clinic. This experience showed her that she loved medicine and patient care, but also highlighted the void in diagnosis and treatment options for patients in the conventional healthcare setting. Through this, she was inspired to pursue a career in naturopathic medicine.

Outside of work, Dr. Miller enjoys hiking, rock climbing, skiing, camping, pilates, cooking, attending concerts, horseback riding, and spending time with friends and family.
